Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) members have access to to reputable mental health professionals and treatment centers to help you address these challenges.

If you’ve noticed you or a family member have been feeling unusually tired, sad, fearful, angry, or withdrawn, it may be time to reach out for help.

Primary care providers

Your regular doctor can talk to you about your concerns and refer you to a specialist who can help.

Telehealth

Get the care you need from the comfort of home. If your plan has telehealth benefits, you can meet virtually with a therapist or mental health professional.3

Same-day care

If you or a loved one need same day access to a provider, on-demand clinicians can assist you virtually. Eligible members can register online to set up an appointment.4
