Helping you help your kids
At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC), we're here to support you and your family. Just like adults, children and teens often face mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. Signs of mental health challenges in kids can include:1
- Unusual tiredness
- Sadness
- Fearfulness
- Anger
- Withdrawing from people or activities
If you’ve noticed these or other changes in your child, it may be time to connect with a mental health professional. We're here to help you achieve your goal of a happy and healthy family.
