24/7 crisis line
Receive immediate support from mental health counselors by calling the mental health number on the back of your Blue Cross NC member ID card (800-359-2422). Select the option for "Crisis Services."

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) offers a 24/7, free, and confidential hotline for information about substance use disorders, prevention, and recovery.
