Sign up for alert texts and emails

Instantly find out when important plan information is available. This may include member ID cards, claims transactions, explanation of benefits (EOBs), and more.

How to set up your contact preferences

Ready to get set up with paperless delivery or update how we contact you? Follow these simple steps in your Blue Connect℠ member portal:

Step 1: Log in to Blue Connect

Step 2: Go to your Profile

Step 3: Select the Contact Preferences Center tab

Step 4: Choose the Delivery Preferences tab

Step 5: Turn on Paperless Delivery toggle

Step 6: Select Review and Save
