A green savings box means this provider is eligible for a smart Shopper reward. After your procedure with a SmartShopper eligible provider you'll receive a check right to your door. To make the experience easy, SmartShopper is integrated into Blue Connect℠ online tools. So all shoppers need to do is log in, and go to Find Care.³ SmartShopper results automatically display in cost comparison searches. For those who prefer to shop over the phone or need a little help, the Care Concierge Team⁴ is just a quick call away. They will help employees shop and even schedule appointments.

Employees can expect quality care across the provider choices. And they won’t need to search for in-network doctors or facilities, since SmartShopper leverages the existing Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) local and national network of providers.
