Blue Value
The Blue Value℠ plan could be right for you if you're flexible about which providers you see. With Blue Value, you get:
- A smaller selection of in-network providers statewide.
- A lower monthly premium than our Blue Advantage plans.
Blue Local with Atrium Health
Blue Local℠ with Atrium Health might be the right choice for you if you need your providers to be affiliated with Atrium Health. With this Blue Local plan, you get:
- Access to Atrium Health providers.

Blue Home with Novant Health
